Tom came out to look at our fiberglass pool which was losing a foot of water a day. He worked on the worst cracks first and that significantly reduced the amount of water we were losing. He managed to seal up enough cracks that the pool lasted at least 2 more season. Two year ago I purchased a hybrid pool heater which was a brand new model in the pool market.  It came with an automation panel and remote access to regulate the heat, allow the system to switch between pool jets and the cascade, and switch between the gas and the electric heater.  For one year my then pool company couldn’t get the remote part to fully work.  Luckily I found Tom Jensen last summer.  My problem was a new one for him, but he researched the issue and thought outside the box.  He fixed the issue.  He also was very patient in explaining the system to me.  I hold him and his company in high regard.
